12.选择疑问句的用法
选择疑问句是说话人提出两种或两种以上的情况，常用or连接两个被选择的事物，要求做出一种选择进行回答的问句，回答时不用yes 或no ,而是选择什么回答什么。
---Is it a pen or a pencil?

13. 辨析 or/ and / but /so
or 表示选择关系，“或者”
and 表示并列关系，常用来连接表示对等成分的单词、短语或者句子，“和；又”，表示意思的顺延或增补。
but表示转折关系, “但是”, 表示转折关系。

14. 辨析 also / too / either
also 用于肯定句中，常放在句中。 too用于肯定句，一般放在句末。either用于否定句，一般放在句末。
Jack also likes soccer.=Jack likes soccer, too.
Jack doesn’t like soccer, either.

people是集合名词，意味“人们”，表示复数意义。person 表示“一个人”。

people 还可以表示“民族” ，可数名词。 three peoples 三个民族

be good for … “…有好处” Swimming is good for out health.
be good at … “擅长于…” He is good at English.

② 情态动词， 多用于否定和疑问句中

help (sb.) with sth. 帮助(某人)某事
help sb. (to) do sth. 帮助(某人)做某事。

He helps me to do my homework.= He helps me do my homework.
